1, 11, 12, 67: Songs from Camelot.
3, 35, 37, 38, 48: lines from the Madison Cawein poem "Morgan le Fay."
4, 56-58: The title of the second book of The Once and Future King.
5, 68: From Tennyson's "The Coming of Arthur" and "The Passing of Arthur."
7-10: From A Very Potter Musical. That and "Trogdor" were about all I could think of when the Dragon got released.
13,14,49: "Where's the Girl" and its reprise from the Scarlet Pimpernel musical.
16-25: From another Tennyson poem,"Merlin and the Gleam." You'll see why I made so many icons saying this in the near-ish future.
26,27,41: From Tennyson's "The Lady of Shalott," of course
28: Inspired by a line from Mordred in The Mists of Avalon: "I am weary of gods and goddesses. I am weary of my fate."
29, 30: from "Mordred's Lullaby" by Heather Dale
33: I looked it up.
34: Adorable, adorable evil.
44. Inspired by "La Belle Dame Sans Merci"
45-47: the annual medieval conference in Kalamazoo, that is. I think this captures the spirit of the event.
59: From Tennyson's "Merlin and Vivien"
60: I may have been listening to a lot of Florence and the Machine when I made this.
63: Tennyson's "Passing of Arthur."
64, 65: Malory
69, 70: This picture, what with the pose and the babydoll dress, reminded me of Spring Awakening, so. Lyrics from "Mama Who Bore Me."
And here are some icons of set photos from series 3 filming at Pierrefonds, all taken by

76: Generally, I don't like Mists of Avalon Gwenhwyfar (who would?), but I do like this line from her. It seems to capture the core of the character very well: "My love for you is a prayer. Love is the only prayer I know."
77: From one of Mary Stewart's Merlin trilogy, I forget which. She foreshadows Guinevere as "the white shadow of a passion and a grief, of a high endeavor and a quest that would take Bedwyr into a world of spirit and leave Arthur lonely, waiting at the center of glory to become himself a legend and himself a grail."
78, 79: Apparently there is something called Excalibur the Celtic Rock Opera. I don't know much about it and it all seems rather silly, but I do like this one song, which I think is called "Morgane."
83: This is what happens when you watch Glee and then look at lots of Merlin pictures. As far as I'm concerned, this song is Morgana's return anthem.
87: I sort of had the song from Camelot in mind when I made this one.
89, 90: More lines from the Cawein poem.
91: SIR LEON, F YEAH!
